Delivery & Returns
Postage to the UK and Spain is charged at a standard rate of £4.95 for your first item and £1.95 per additional item. Postage costs will be added at checkout. Postage to the rest of the world is charged at £7.95 for your first item and £3.95 per additional item. We offer free delivery on orders over £100, enter the code DD100 at checkout. We also offer free hand delivery in Ibiza, enter DDIBIZA at checkout.
We aim to dispatch goods within 1 – 3 days of receiving your order, however, during busy periods it maybe a little longer. If your order is urgent please do contact us and we will do our best where possible to process it quickly. You will receive an email notifying you once your parcel is on its way. Please be aware we only take responsibility for your parcel until delivery has been confirmed. Items returned to us by couriers due to an incorrect address or a parcel not being picked up from the depot, will incur a further delivery charge for reshipping payable by the customer.
We make every effort to ensure you receive your order within 7 working days of you receiving your notification of dispatch. We are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by the couriers we use. If you haven’t received your parcel within 7 days of the dispatch notification email please contact us.
As much as we endeavour to fulfil all orders, on the very rare occasion an item that has been purchased is out of stock we will contact you to let you know and offer a refund or an exchange for another item.
Most items will be packaged and sealed in extra strong polythene envelopes. Some items, a headdress for instance, are more delicate so therefore maybe packaged in a cardboard box for protection. You can rest assured that the item will get to you in perfect condition.
(3) Returns & Exchanges
Whilst we hope you will be happy with your purchase(s). We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for most items with which you are not entirely satisfied if returned within 7 days of receiving them (or the couriers first attempt at delivery). The exception is for bespoke items that have been customised at the request of the purchaser. These items are non-refundable.
All items must be returned in its original unused condition with original tags still attached. Please contact us to arrange for a refund / exchange of your order; we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation. The return address will be given to you upon request via email. We highly recommend that you use a signed for service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund or exchange goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please be aware return postage is at your own cost. Do ensure parcels returned to us carry sufficient postage, as we are unable to accept parcels that don’t carry the correct postage.
We aim to process returns within 3 working days on receipt of the goods. After inspection of the goods we will credit you via your original payment method. Due to the banking systems this may take a few days to appear on your card/bank statement.
We take care in packaging your order carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Should your order arrive damaged or the incorrect item has been sent please contact us within 24 hours to inform us. We will contact you to rectify this for you as quickly as possible. Please do not send damaged or incorrect items back to us before we have responded.
